1. About Finni

Finni is an accounting software service provided by Barazovsky Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. By using Finni, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Finni.

3. What Finni provides

Finni is a bookkeeping and accounting tool. It helps you create invoices, track expenses, manage VAT, and generate financial reports. Finni is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice.

4. Your data

• You own your data. We do not claim ownership of the financial information you enter.
• You can export or delete your data at any time.
• We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Finni for any unlawful purpose, to submit fraudulent financial data, or to attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

6. Pricing and payment

• Free tier: available at no cost with usage limits as described on our pricing page.
• Paid plans: billed monthly. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you can export your data for 30 days.

8. Limitation of liability

Finni is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the service reliable and accurate, but we are not liable for errors in calculations, data loss due to circumstances beyond our control, or any financial decisions you make based on Finni's output. Always consult a qualified accountant for complex tax matters.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Finni after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
