Finni is operated by Barazovsky Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. We provide accounting software for UK freelancers and sole traders.

• Account information: name, email address, and business details you provide during sign-up.
• Financial data: invoices, expenses, bank account details, and VAT information you enter into the service.
• Waitlist data: if you join our waitlist, we store your email address.
• Usage data: how you interact with the service (pages visited, features used), collected for improving the product.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and maintain the Finni service.
• To send you service-related communications (invoices, receipts, VAT reminders).
• To send waitlist updates if you've joined the waitlist.
• To improve and develop new features.

4. Where we store your data

Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the US-East-1 region. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Finni:

• Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, email delivery)
• Amazon Bedrock (AI receipt scanning — receipt images only, not retained)

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. To exercise these rights, email us at support@finni.co.uk.

7. Cookies

Finni uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
